All Yoga Classes
YWCA provides a range of free yoga classes ranging from entry-level to advanced.
Focus on moving your body with attention to the breath allowing greater relaxation, restoration and renewal. Classes are designed to create a feeling of steadiness, comfort and ease throughout body, breath and mind.
Using the ergonomic Halo Trainer, learn a variety of interval workouts focusing on overall body conditioning, strength, endurance and flexibility. Taught by Stott Certified Pilates Instructors, this class will take your Pilates practice to a new level.

BODYFLOW is a holistic workout which combines Yoga with Tai Chi and Pilates to:
